Our sustainability organizations establish the Sustainability Committee and the Sustainability Office, under the chairpersonship of our Representative Director and President. The Sustainability Committee is chaired by the Representative Director and President.
In addition, the Administration Division Manager, acting as the vice-chairperson of the committee, has overall supervision of sustainability.
The Sustainability Committee consists of members selected from each division (Sales, Purchasing, Production, Research, Administration Divisions) and committees of group companies.
Our "responsible care" activities related to the environment, safety, and quality that we have been engaged in for years now will be carried on under the Sustainability Committee.
