We have rated “B “on both Climate Change and Water Security in 2025 by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), a nonprofit organization that operates an international environmental information disclosure system.
The survey evaluates environmental initiatives related to climate change, water resources, and other areas on an eight-point scale (A, A-, B, B-, C, C-, D, D-). The score of “B” is the third highest and is considered “management level,” which indicates that a company is managing its own environmental impact and acting as a leader in that field. We believe this evaluation recognizes our environmental efforts and proactive information disclosure, including through the TCFD report and other initiatives, in both Climate Change and Water Security.
In accordance with our Basic Sustainability Policy, “Aiming for our sustainable growth and to bring about a sustainable society,” we will continue to promote initiatives to reduce our environmental impact, including reducing GHG emissions.
